It's not individuals who need "fixing". You are not broken. But the society in which we live in is broken. Since we were kids we are being told that we are not doing this or that correctly. That there is something weird or wrong about us. But it is not about us, it is about the societal system that we live in, and what that feeds our brains with.
We have criminalized vulnerability and sensibility. In a world of “one size fits all” we all need a little reminder that it’s not our fault, that we are not the ones responsible for everything that’s wrong around us.
